Childcare Fees

  • Hourly Rate: £5.67

  • Full Day: £56.70

  • Morning Session: £34.13

  • Afternoon Session: £33.08

All fees include meals (breakfast, lunch and tea).

Funded Childcare

If your child receives government-funded hours, please note that funding covers childcare hours only.

  • Children under 3 accessing funding: No additional charges apply.

  • Children aged 3–4: A small meal charge applies during funded sessions.

Meal Charges (3–4 Year Olds):

  • Breakfast – £2.00

  • Lunch – £3.50

  • Tea – £2.00

Parents/carers may opt out of meal charges and provide their own meals if preferred.

Additional Hours

Any sessions or hours attended beyond funded hours are charged at our standard hourly rate of £5.67.

These additional charges are calculated based on the weeks your child attends and then spread evenly across the year, helping to keep monthly payments consistent.

Monthly Payment Structure

To make budgeting easier, all fees and extras are calculated across attendance weeks and divided into equal monthly payments.

  • Term-time only: Based on 38 weeks attendance

  • All year round: Based on 51 weeks attendance

This means your monthly payment stays the same each month, regardless of session variations.

Annual Fee Review

Fees are reviewed annually each April, including the 3–4 year old meal charge, in line with increases in the National Minimum Wage and nursery operating costs. Families will always receive advance notice of any changes.
